Create a Booking Manually

Add a booking yourself when a couple has booked offline - wedding details, package and add-ons, and the deposit / advance payment terms.

Bookings

Open Bookings from the left-hand navigation and click Add New Booking in the top-right. Use this when a couple has booked you offline (in person, phone call, separate enquiry) and you want their wedding tracked in Wendor like any other booking.

Before you start

A few prerequisites:

  • At least one active package in Packages. The package picker shows only non-archived packages.
  • Default payment terms in Billing Settings (used as the form's deposit defaults).
  • The couple's email and phone number, wedding date, partner names, ceremony and reception venues, and guest count ready.

Open the form

  1. From Bookings, click Add New Booking.

Section 1 - Wedding Details

  • Couple Email (required) - must be a valid email address.
  • Couple Contact Number (optional) - full international number; validated against the country dialling code.
  • Wedding Date (required) - must be a future date. Defaults to tomorrow.
  • Guest Count (required) - whole number, 1 or more. Defaults to 1.
  • Partner 1 Name (required) - non-empty.
  • Partner 2 Name (optional) - leave blank if not applicable.
  • Ceremony Venue Country (required) - pick from the country dropdown. The County list filters off this.
  • Ceremony Venue County (required) - pick the county within the chosen country.
  • Partner 1 Getting Ready At (required) - the venue or address where partner 1 prepares. Picked from a Google Places dropdown.
  • Partner 2 Getting Ready At (optional) - same field, for partner 2.
  • Ceremony Venue Address (required) - full address from Google Places.
  • Reception Venue (required) - full address from Google Places.

Section 2 - Package / Add-on Information

  • Package (required) - pick one of your active packages. The package's price flows into the booking's total automatically. If the package is On Request, the price field becomes editable so you can quote your own final price for this couple.
  • Add-ons (optional) - click Add Add-ons to open the picker, pick one or more add-ons, set the quantity for each. You can also remove an add-on with its × or change the quantity later.

Pick a package, then optionally attach add-ons with quantities.

Section 3 - Price Information

Pick a payment type first, then fill the fields that match.

  • Payment Type (required) - Deposit (default) if you want to charge a percentage up-front and the balance later; Advance if the couple has already paid you something and you want to record it.

If you chose Deposit

  • Deposit Required % (required) - defaults to your billing settings' deposit percentage. 0–100.
  • Deposit Due Date (required when deposit > 0) - must be on or before the wedding date, and on or before the balance due date.
  • Final Payment Due Date (required) - must be on or before the wedding date.

If you chose Advance

  • Amount Already Paid (required) - must be greater than 0 and no more than the booking's total price.
  • Final Payment Due Date (required) - must be on or before the wedding date.

Save

Click Add at the bottom. You'll see "Adding…" while Wendor saves, then a confirmation toast with the new booking ID. The booking lands in your Active tab immediately.
