Booking Activity Log
Every status change, document sent, payment received, and task ticked off, filtered by who did it and when.
Bookings > Updates
Open a booking and switch to the Updates tab. This is the full audit trail of what's happened on the booking - every status change, document sent, payment received, note added, task ticked off. Useful when something looks off ("did I send the contract yet?"), when a couple disputes a date, or when handing a booking over to a teammate.
What gets logged automatically
Wendor groups events into seven types. Every action you take in Wendor (and a handful the couple takes) drops an entry into the log.
Booking events
- BOOKING_CREATED - the request arrived.
- BOOKING_CONFIRMED - you accepted it.
- BOOKING_DECLINED - you rejected it.
- BOOKING_ARCHIVED - you archived it.
- BOOKING_EDITED - any field on the booking was changed.
Contract events
- CONTRACT_CREATED - a contract was created.
- CONTRACT_SENT - you sent the contract.
- CONTRACT_SIGNED - the couple signed via Wendor.
- CONTRACT_UPDATED - the contract was edited.
Email events
- EMAIL_DRAFTED - you saved an email as a draft.
- EMAIL_SENT - an email left Wendor (manual or automation).
- EMAIL_SAVED_AS_TEMPLATE - you converted a one-off email into a reusable template.
Invoice events
- INVOICE_CREATED_DEPOSIT - a deposit invoice was created.
- INVOICE_CREATED_FINAL - a final invoice was created.
- INVOICE_SENT - an invoice was sent to the couple.
- INVOICE_PAID - payment confirmed.
- INVOICE_OVERDUE - an invoice passed its due date without payment.
- INVOICE_UPDATED - the invoice was edited.
Notes events
- NOTE_CREATED / NOTE_UPDATED / NOTE_DELETED.
Questionnaire events
- QUESTIONNAIRE_CREATED - a questionnaire was built on this booking.
- QUESTIONNAIRE_SENT - you sent it.
- QUESTIONNAIRE_RESPONDED - the couple answered.
- QUESTIONNAIRE_SAVED_AS_TEMPLATE - you saved it back to your template library.
Workflow events
- TASK_CREATED / TASK_UPDATED / TASK_DELETED - workflow tasks/automations.
- TASK_MOVED_SECTION - a task was dragged to a different column.
- TASK_COMPLETED - you ticked off a task.
- WORKFLOW_TEMPLATE_SAVED - the current workflow was saved as a new template.
Filter the log
The log can get long. Use the filters at the top:
- Source - Vendor & Couple (default) / Vendor Only / Couple Only. Useful for spotting what the couple has done.
- Time window - Last 7 days / Last 30 days / Last 6 months / Last year / All time.
There's also a Refresh button to pull the latest events without reloading the page.

What you'll see for each entry
Every row shows:
- When it happened.
- Who did it (vendor name or couple name).
- What happened, in plain language ("Sent deposit invoice", "Couple signed contract", "Note added").
- Any extra context (which template was used, which file was sent).
Comparing what you see to what couples see
Filter by Couple Only to view just the actions the couple has taken on this booking - viewing the contract, signing, paying, responding to the questionnaire. Useful when chasing up: if the latest Couple Only event was a week ago, they may have stalled.
