View and Edit Booking Details
Update the couple's details, wedding date, package, and pricing after a booking is created - and the conditions that make a booking read-only.
Bookings
Click any booking from the Bookings list to open its detail page. The first tab - Booking Details - gathers everything about the couple, the wedding, the package, and the price in one place. From here you can also edit any of those fields.
Sections on the Booking Details tab
The tab is laid out as collapsible sections you can expand independently.
- Wedding Information - couple email, couple contact number, wedding date, guest count, partner 1 + 2 names and getting-ready locations, ceremony country/county and address, reception venue.
- Package Information - the package on the booking, with its price.
- Add-ons - every add-on attached, with quantity and unit price.
- Price Information - payment type (Deposit or Advance), deposit percentage and due date, final due date, amounts paid, total.
The page header shows the couple's name, up to two of the most recent status badges, the wedding date, and the ceremony location.

Edit Wedding Information
- Open the booking → Booking Details tab.
- Expand the Wedding Information section and click Edit.

- Update any field. The same constraints as the create form apply (valid email, valid phone, future date, etc.).
- Click Save, or Cancel to discard.
Edit Package Information
- Expand Package Information and click Edit.
- Swap the package using the dropdown, or change the price if the package is On Request.
- Click Save.
You can also add or remove add-ons on this booking after creation - open the Add-ons picker, change quantities, or click × to remove an add-on card.
Edit Price Information
- Expand Price Information and click Edit.
- Change the deposit percentage, deposit due date, final due date, or advance amount.
- Save.
The cross-field date rules from the create form still apply (deposit due ≤ final due ≤ wedding date, amount paid ≤ total price).
When a booking is read-only
Three lifecycle states lock the page so you can only view (and add notes). You'll see a banner reading:
"This booking is [archived | completed | rejected] and is in read-only mode. You can view all details and add notes, but cannot perform any actions."
The states are:
- Archived - you've archived the booking from the Active tab.
- Completed - you've marked the booking finished.
- Rejected - you declined the request.
To regain edit access, unarchive the booking. Completed and rejected bookings can't be reopened from the UI.

Currency mismatch alert
If a booking was created in a different currency from your current vendor currency (e.g. you changed currencies in Billing Settings after the booking was made), Wendor shows an alert at the top of the Booking Details tab and blocks certain edits. Either match the booking's currency on the booking, or change your vendor currency back. If you need help, contact Wendor support - currency changes can have wide-reaching effects.
