- In the Payment Terms section, click Add Payment Terms (or Update Payment Terms if you've set them before).
- Choose a Deposit Percentage - None, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, or 50%.
- Set Deposit Due: enter a number of days and choose After Booking Confirmation or Before Wedding Date. A plain-language summary confirms your choice (for example, "Deposit will be due 7 days after booking confirmation").
- Click Save in the top-right of the section.

0to make it due on the event itself. - Deposit Due (basis) (required) - whether the days count after Booking Confirmation or before the Wedding Date.

- In the Billing Information section, click Edit to open the form.
- Open the FIRE API set-up guide panel and follow it to create an API application and webhooks in your Fire dashboard (details below).
- Enter your Client ID, Client Key, Refresh Token, and Webhook Secret.
- Click Verify API creds. When verified, you'll be prompted to select one of your Fire accounts.
- Select the account and click Save.

Fields
- Client ID (required) - from your Fire API application.
- Client Key (required) - from your Fire API application.
- Refresh Token (required) - from your Fire API application.
- Webhook Secret (required) - generated when you create the webhooks in Fire.
What the FIRE API set-up guide covers
The in-app guide walks you through four steps in your Fire business dashboard:
- Create an API application at business.fire.com (Settings → API → Add New Application), choose "All Permissions", and copy the three codes into Wendor.
- Configure two webhooks using the webhook URL Wendor provides (with a copy button) - one for "FIRE Open Payment Lodgement Received" and one for "FIRE Open Payment Authorised" - then copy each Webhook Secret into Wendor.
- Add Wendor as a payee (name "Wendor App Limited", currency Euro, IBAN provided in-app, plus the access code from Fire).
- Withdraw funds from Fire to your own bank account, including processing timelines for GBP and EUR transfers.

Currency Information
Shows the default currency used for your new bookings, packages and add-ons (displayed as its symbol and name, e.g. € Euro).

Availability & Travel Rates
Add a regional travel charge based on the wedding location, so the right travel cost is applied automatically.
- In the Availability & Travel Rates section, click Add Availability & Travel Rates (or + Add Region if you already have rates).
- The Add Travel Rates dialog opens. Pick a Country, add one or more Counties (chips - each county becomes its own row), and enter the Travel Charge in your billing currency.
- Click Add Rates to save the entry. Repeat for other regions, then save the section.

Fields
- Country (required) - the country the rate applies to.
- Counties (required) - one or more counties within that country. Each county becomes its own row in the rates list, sharing the charge below.
- Travel Charge (required) - the amount charged for those counties, shown in your billing currency.
