Change your password or delete your account.

Settings > Security Settings

Visit this tab to change your password, sign out of your session, or delete your account.

Change your password

Update your password any time you'd like to make it stronger.

  1. In the Password change section, click Change password.
  2. Enter your Old Password.
  3. Enter a New Password - must meet all five Wendor password rules (see below).
  4. Re-enter it in Confirm Password (must exactly match the new password).
  5. Click Update.

Fields

  • Old Password (required) - your current password. Common error: "Incorrect current password".
  • New Password (required) - must meet all five rules:
    • At least 8 characters.
    • At least one uppercase letter.
    • At least one lowercase letter.
    • At least one number.
    • At least one special character.
  • Confirm Password (required) - must exactly match the new password.

Delete your account

If you want to close your Wendor account, you can request deletion here. Your account email is shown so you're sure which account you're deleting.

  1. In the Delete account section, click Delete.
  2. Read the confirmation dialog - "Are you sure you want to delete your account?" - and click Yes to confirm (or No to cancel).
