Take Notes on a Booking

Keep private rich-text notes against a booking that only you and your team can see - couples never do.

Bookings > Notepad

Open a booking and switch to the Notepad tab. Notes are your private scratch pad for this booking - meeting recaps, the couple's likes and dislikes, gear reminders, anything you don't want to forget. Couples never see them.

Before you start

Nothing - you can take notes on any booking, at any stage, including bookings that are archived, completed, or rejected (notes are one of the few things that still work in read-only mode).

Add a note

  1. Open the booking → Notepad tab.
  2. Click Add Note.
  3. Type or paste your note. The editor supports rich text - bold, italics, bulleted and numbered lists, links.
  4. Click Save.

Your new note appears as a card on the board.

Edit a note

  1. Click Edit on the note card.
  2. Update the content.
  3. Click Save.

The card updates and the timestamp switches to last updated.

Timestamps

Each card shows a timestamp formatted as DD.MM.YYYY | h:mm A (e.g. 21.05.2026 | 1:30 PM). It shows the updated time if you've edited the note, otherwise the created time.
