Create a Package

Set up a new package - name, price, bookings per day, description, and a cover photo cropped to 16:9 or 3:4.

Packages

Visit this page to add a new package - a bundle of work you sell at one price, shown on your public profile for couples to book.

Before you start

Have these ready before you open the form:

  • A short, clear name for the package.
  • A price, or a starting price if you'll quote on request.
  • The maximum number of bookings of this package you can take on a single day.
  • Optional but useful: a cover photo (JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB).

Step-by-step

  1. Open Packages from the left-hand navigation.

  1. Click + Add New Package in the top-right of the Packages page. (The button next to it, + Add New Add-on, creates a standalone add-on instead - see Create and Manage Add-ons.)

Click + Add New Package to open the Create Package form.
  1. Fill in the package name, type, price, bookings per day, cover photo, and description. Each field is explained below.

  1. Click Save in the top-right. The package appears in your list and on your public profile straight away.

Save commits the package and returns you to the Packages list.

Fields

  • Package Name (required) - up to 100 characters. Make it short and obvious - "Full-day photography" beats "Premium photo experience".
  • Package Type (required) - pick Instant (a fixed price couples can book without negotiating) or On Request (a starting price shown as "From €X"; the final price is agreed in conversation). Also drives the price label below ("Package Price" vs "Open Package Price").
  • Package Price (required) - numeric, 0 or more, two decimals, in your vendor currency (set in Settings › Billing). For On Request packages, this is the starting/estimate price, not a firm quote.
  • Bookings Per Day (required) - a whole number, 1 or more. The maximum times this package can be booked on the same day. E.g. if you can shoot three weddings on one Saturday, enter 3. Couples can't book past this on a given day.
  • Cover Photo (optional) - single JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB. Cropper offers Landscape (16:9) or Portrait (3:4) ratios. Use a clear, high-quality image - couples judge fast.
  • Description (required) - rich text, up to 4,000 characters. Tell couples what's included, how long it takes, and who it suits.

What happens on Save

The cover photo (if you uploaded one) is uploaded to storage, the package is created, and you land back on the Packages list. To attach add-ons, open the package and add them from inside - see Add Add-ons to a Package.
