Create and Manage Add-ons
Build a library of add-ons in the Add-ons tab - create, edit, link them to packages, and archive ones you no longer offer.
Packages > Add-ons
The Add-ons tab is your library of extras you sell on top of packages - "Extra hour", "Drone shots", "Second photographer", anything you can think of. Build them once here, then attach to as many packages as you like.
Open the Add-ons tab
- Open Packages from the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Add-ons tab at the top of the page.

For each add-on you'll see its name (with cover photo thumbnail), price, the packages it's already linked to (shown as badges, or "No packages" if none), its status (Active or Archived), and an Actions menu. You can search by add-on name and filter by status.

Create an add-on
- Click + Add New Add-on in the top-right of the Packages page.

- Fill in the add-on form - name, price, optional cover photo, optional description, and the package(s) to link it to.

- Click Save in the top-right.

Fields
- Add-on Name (required) - up to 100 characters.
- Add-on Price (required) - numeric, 0 or more, two decimals, in your vendor currency.
- Cover Photo (optional) - single JPG or PNG, up to 5 MB. Cropper offers Landscape (16:9) or Portrait (3:4) ratios.
- Description (optional) - rich text, up to 4,000 characters.
- Link Package (optional) - pick one or more existing packages from the multi-select. A small confirmation underneath shows how many packages it'll be linked to ("This add-on will be linked to 1 package(s)"). Leave empty to link from inside a package later.

Edit an add-on
- Open the Actions menu on the row and pick View (or click the add-on name).

- Click Edit in the top-right of the detail page.

- Update any field. Required fields stay required. The Link Package field shows the packages currently linked - add by selecting, remove by deselecting.

- Click Save. Cancel with unsaved changes shows an Unsaved Changes dialog - click Leave to discard or Cancel to keep editing.
Preview an add-on
Open the Actions menu and choose Preview to see the add-on rendered the same way couples see it. Use the desktop/mobile toggle in the top-right of the modal. The preview shows the cover photo, name, price, description, and the packages it's attached to.

Archive (and unarchive)
Same idea as packages - Wendor doesn't delete add-ons, you archive them.
- Open the Actions menu on the row and choose Archive.

- To find archived add-ons, switch the Status filter at the top of the table to Archived.

- Open the Actions menu on an archived row and choose Unarchive to bring one back.
