Edit, Preview, and Archive a Package
Update an existing package, preview it the way couples will see it (desktop and mobile), and archive packages you no longer offer.

Packages
Open Packages from the left-hand navigation and click the package you want to work on. From there you can edit it, preview it the way couples will see it, or archive it (Wendor doesn't delete - see why below).
Edit a package
- Open Packages from the left-hand navigation and click the package you want to change.

- Click Edit in the top-right of the detail page.

- Update any field - name, type, price, bookings per day, description, cover photo, or linked add-ons.

- Click Save to apply, or Cancel to throw the changes away.

Changing Instant ↔ On Request
You can switch a package between Instant and On Request at any time. The price you've entered stays put; only how it's displayed to couples changes (a fixed amount vs a "From" amount).
Preview a package
You can see exactly what couples will see before you publish a change.
- Open the Actions menu (
⋯) on a row in the Packages table and choose Preview.

- The Package preview modal opens. Use the desktop/mobile icons at the top-right of the modal to switch between layouts.

- Review the cover photo, name, price, type label, full description, and any linked add-ons.

Archive a package
When you stop offering a package, archive it. Archived packages:
- Disappear from your public profile - couples can't book them.
- Disappear from the package picker when you create a booking yourself.
- Stay on past bookings so history stays accurate.
Steps
- Open Packages.
- Open the Actions menu (the
⋯button on the row) for the package you want to retire, and choose Archive.

- The package moves out of the Active view. To find archived packages, switch the Status filter at the top of the table from Active to Archived (or All Status).

Unarchiving
- Switch the Status filter to Archived.
- Open the Actions menu on the package and choose Unarchive.

It returns to your public profile immediately.
