Sign a Contract

Read the contract in-app, type your name to sign, and submit - your signed PDF goes back to the vendor.

When the vendor shares a contract, you can read and sign it without leaving the app. Signing is a quick two-screen flow.

Open the contract

  1. Open the booking from the My Bookings tab.
  2. Tap the Contract Available button - it appears once the vendor has shared a contract you haven't signed yet.

The contract opens as a PDF you can scroll through inside Wendor.

Booking Confirmed screen highlighting Invoices Available and Contract Available buttons
On a confirmed booking - tap Invoices Available to open the invoice list.

Read the whole contract

For multi-page contracts, you must scroll to the last page before the signing controls appear. Wendor shows a message: "Please read the above contract carefully. Scroll down to the last page and accept to continue."

For single-page contracts, the name field and Proceed button appear straight away.

Consent and sign

Once you've read the contract, the bottom of the screen shows:

  • Consent checkbox (when the vendor requires it) - "I acknowledge that I have read and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in the contract." Tick it before Proceed enables.
  • Please type your name below - enter your name in the Your Name field exactly as it should appear on the contract. This is your signature.

Tap Proceed to move to the preview.

Please type your name below with Your Name field and Proceed button
Type your name, then tap Proceed - add the consent checkbox first when the vendor requires it.

Preview your signed contract

The Preview Contract screen shows the contract again with your typed signature embedded, plus:

  • Accepted on - the date and time you signed.
  • Your couple reference.

Take one last look. If anything is wrong, go back and fix it before submitting.

Submit

Tap Submit. A confirmation dialog reminds you that the contract is legally binding once submitted:

Please ensure that you have read the contract and agree to the stipulated terms and conditions. Once submitted, it will be legally binding.

Once you are sure, tap 'Proceed'.

  • Tap Proceed to confirm and send it back to the vendor.
  • Tap Go Back to cancel and keep editing.

Once submitted, you'll see a confirmation: Congratulations! The contract is now submitted. The button on the booking changes to Contract Signed - an outline button you can tap any time to view your signed copy.
