Pick a Package and Add-ons

Choose the package and add-ons you want from a vendor, add a comment, and accept the terms.

Before you can send a booking request, you choose the package you want and any add-ons that go with it. Wendor walks you through each part on a single screen.

Start from the vendor profile

On a vendor's profile, each package card has a Book Now button. Tap it to open the full package details, then tap Book Package at the bottom to reach the booking screen.

Pick your package

The vendor's logo, name, and category sit at the top so you always know who you're booking.

Below that, Your Package lists every package the vendor offers as a radio button. Each row shows:

  • The package name.
  • The price.
  • An info icon.

Tap the info icon to open a quick preview with the package image, full description, and price - handy if you want to read more before choosing.

Unavailable packages

Some packages may be greyed out with an UNAVAILABLE badge. The radio button is disabled and you can't select them - usually because the vendor has paused them or they're already booked for your date. Pick a different one or chat the vendor to ask.

Add any add-ons

The Add-Ons section lists each extra. Tick an add-on to select it - a quantity counter with + and − appears so you can choose how many you need, along with a running total for that line.

Tap the info icon on any package or add-on for a full description.

If the vendor doesn't offer extras, this section reads No Add-Ons Available and you can skip straight on.

Leave a comment (optional)

The Comment field is a short note to the vendor - anything from "we'd love a sneak peek of the venue first" to specific wedding-day requests. You have up to 400 characters across five lines.

Accept the terms

Tick I agree to the terms & conditions - tap the link to read them in your browser. You must tick this before you can send the request.

Send the request

The BOOK NOW button at the bottom is the final step on this screen. It's only enabled once all of the following are true:

  • You've selected an available package.
  • You've ticked the terms & conditions checkbox.
  • No file is still uploading from any earlier step.
