Complete a Vendor Questionnaire
Answer the questions a vendor has set for you, upload any requested files, and submit.
Once a vendor has confirmed your booking, they may send a questionnaire so they have everything they need for your day. It's a two-step flow inside the booking.
Open the questionnaire
- Open the booking from the My Bookings tab.
- On a Booking Confirmed screen, if the vendor has shared a questionnaire you haven't fully answered, a Questionnaire Available button appears with an amber info icon. Tap it.

Step 1 - confirm profile details
The questionnaire opens with Step 1 of 2 at the top. Review Confirm Profile Details - Wendor shows what it already knows about your wedding so the vendor gets the latest information.

Fields on this step:
- Couple Name (read-only) - pulled from your profile.
- Email (read-only) - pulled from your profile.
- Partner 1 Getting Ready Venue - tap to search and pick an address.
- Partner 2 Getting Ready Venue - same for your partner.
- Wedding Date (required) - tap the field or calendar icon to open the date picker.
- Ceremony Venue (required) - start typing to pick from suggestions.
- Country (required).
- County (required).
- Reception venue - where the reception is held.
Anything you update here is saved back to your profile, so you only ever have to enter it once.
Step 2 - complete questionnaire
The second step is titled Complete Questionnaire. The vendor's own questions are grouped into sections with headings and short descriptions. Questions appear in the order the vendor set them.
Required questions are marked with a *. The rest are optional.
Text questions
A multi-line text box with a 400-character limit. If a question has an I don't know yet checkbox, tick it when you don't have the answer - it counts as answered and you can come back later.
File upload questions
Tap the upload area and pick a file from your device. Once it's done you'll see File Uploaded with a checkmark. Long-press the uploaded file to remove it and upload a different one.
Move between steps
Use the Back and Next buttons at the bottom of the screen. Your answers are kept as you move, so you can go back and tweak something without losing what's after it.
Submit
When you've completed all required questions on Step 2, tap Submit. Wendor sends your answers and your updated profile fields straight to the vendor.
After submitting, the button on the booking changes to Questionnaire submitted - an outline button you can tap any time to review what you sent in read-only mode (Questionnaire Responses).
