Rate a Vendor and Leave a Review

After a booking is marked completed, give the vendor a star rating and write a short review.

WAWritten by Wendor Admin

A short rating and a few words from you make a real difference to other couples deciding on the same vendor. Wendor only asks once your booking is complete.

Where you'll see the rating

Once a booking is Completed:

  • A 1–5 star row appears directly on the booking card in the My Bookings tab.
  • The same row appears inside the booking when you open it.

Leave your rating

  1. Tap the star that matches how the experience went - one star for poor, five for outstanding.
  2. A review sheet opens with a text field for your words.
  3. The prompt at the top changes based on your stars - a low rating invites you to "tell us what went wrong", a high rating asks you to "tell the world".
  4. Write your review (up to 1,000 characters). It's optional but couples find written reviews much more useful than stars alone.
  5. Submit.

After you've rated

Once submitted, the rating row is replaced with a Thanks for rating message showing your stars and your written review. You can come back to it any time from the booking.

When the rating doesn't appear

You won't see the star row on:

  • Pending or Confirmed bookings - wait until the booking is completed.
  • Rejected or Archived bookings - these don't include a rating step.
