When you can edit a booking

You can change a booking only while it's still Booking in Progress. Once the vendor confirms it, archives it, or marks it complete, the booking becomes read-only and the edit option goes away.

Open the booking for editing

  1. Open the My Bookings tab and tap the booking that still shows Requested.
  2. On the Booking in Progress screen, tap the edit (pencil) icon next to the status header.

The edit screen opens with the vendor's name and category at the top and your current choices pre-selected below - the same layout as when you first booked.

What you can change

The same three things you set when you first sent the request:

  • Your Package - switch to any other available package from the vendor. Tap the info icon on a package to see its full description and price first. Changing package clears your add-on selections and reloads the add-ons list.
  • Add-Ons - tick or untick add-ons, change quantities with the + / buttons.
  • Comment - update the optional note you sent the vendor.

Save your changes

Tap Update Booking Request at the bottom. Wendor updates the booking and notifies the vendor that your request has changed.

If you change the package, the vendor sees the new selection and can either accept the updated booking or decline it. The booking stays Booking in Progress until they respond.
