Charts and Calendar

Reading the payment status and deposit pies, the earnings area chart, the packages bar chart, and the dashboard calendar with its colour-coded events.

WAWritten by Wendor Admin

Below the KPI cards, your dashboard fills out with two rows of visualisations: a three-column row with the two pie charts and the calendar, then a two-column row with the earnings and packages charts.

Everything here respects the date range and currency filters at the top of the dashboard.

Two rows of visualisations - pies and calendar on top, earnings and packages charts below.

Payment status pie

A donut chart breaking your bookings down by payment status. The centre shows the total booking count; the legend below shows each status with its count and percentage.

  • Hover any slice for the count and percentage.
  • Empty state: "No payment data available."

Statuses you'll see match the payment statuses on bookings (Pending, Paid, Cancelled, and so on).

Deposit amount pie

A donut chart breaking down your deposits by amount. The centre shows the total deposit amount (in the selected currency, formatted with M/K notation for big numbers); the legend shows the percentage breakdown.

  • Hover any slice for the formatted amount.
  • Empty state: "No deposit data available."

Dashboard calendar

A month-at-a-glance calendar with every event Wendor knows about for you.

Controls

  • Month and year selectors at the top of the widget.
  • Go to Today button - snaps back to the current month.

Event colour codes

Days are marked with small dots:

  • Green - a booking.
  • Red - a holiday.
  • Grey - a day you've marked as not available.
  • Gold - today.

The legend at the bottom of the calendar lists all four.

Tap a day

Tap any day with an event for a popover that lists each event for that day with its reason - Booking, Holiday, Vacation, Other, and so on. The reasons come from the same list you use when adding an unavailability.

Earnings chart

A two-column row below holds the earnings chart and the packages chart.

The earnings chart is an area chart showing your collected revenue over the selected date range, in the selected currency. The shaded gradient under the line makes it easy to spot growth trends.

  • Hover any point for the date and amount.
  • Empty state: "No earnings data available."

Packages chart

A bar chart showing how many bookings each of your packages is generating. Package names are truncated at 20 characters and rotated for readability when there are many bars.

  • Hover any bar for the usage count.
  • Empty state: "No package data available."
