Calendar

Visit this page when you need to block out dates you can't take work - holidays, weddings already booked elsewhere, personal time off. Bookings made through Wendor automatically check your availability, so blocking a date is all it takes to stop new requests coming in for that day.

Step-by-step

  1. On the Calendar page, click + Add Unavailability in the top-right corner. A dialog titled "Add Unavailability" opens.
The Add Unavailability button highlighted in the Calendar page header
Click + Add Unavailability.
  1. Set the Start Date and End Date. To block a single full day, tick the All day checkbox - the form collapses to one Date field and uses that day automatically.
The Add Unavailability dialog showing date, reason, description and label colour fields
Fill in the dates, reason, description and colour.
  1. Choose a Reason from the dropdown: Holiday, Vacation, Not Available, Client Hold, or Other.
  2. Add a Description if you'd like a note about why you're unavailable. This field is optional.
  3. Pick a Label Colour so the block is easy to spot on your calendar. This colour also carries over to Google Calendar if you're connected.
  4. Click Save.
The Add Unavailability dialog with the Save button highlighted
Click Save to create the block.
  1. The blocked dates now appear on your calendar in your chosen colour, and new booking requests are stopped for that period.
