Visit this page when you need to block out dates you can't take work - holidays, weddings already booked elsewhere, personal time off. Bookings made through Wendor automatically check your availability, so blocking a date is all it takes to stop new requests coming in for that day.
Step-by-step
- On the Calendar page, click + Add Unavailability in the top-right corner. A dialog titled "Add Unavailability" opens.

- Set the Start Date and End Date. To block a single full day, tick the All day checkbox - the form collapses to one Date field and uses that day automatically.

- Choose a Reason from the dropdown: Holiday, Vacation, Not Available, Client Hold, or Other.
- Add a Description if you'd like a note about why you're unavailable. This field is optional.
- Pick a Label Colour so the block is easy to spot on your calendar. This colour also carries over to Google Calendar if you're connected.
- Click Save.

- The blocked dates now appear on your calendar in your chosen colour, and new booking requests are stopped for that period.
