Edit or Delete an Unavailability

Plans change - updating or removing a blocked period takes only a moment.

Visit this page to change an unavailability's dates, reason, description, or colour, or to remove a block entirely. Deleting a block frees those dates for new bookings.

Step-by-step

  1. On the Calendar page, click the unavailability block you want to change. Its details open in a dialog.

Click a block to open it, with Update and Delete options.
  1. To make changes, edit any field - dates, reason, description or label colour - then click Update to save.
  2. To remove the block, click Delete and confirm. Deleting frees those dates so you can receive bookings on them again.
