KPI Cards

The four headline numbers - bookings, packages, booking amount collected, and upcoming booking amount - with up/down trends compared to the previous period.

The KPI row is the four big-number cards below your subscription card. They give you a one-glance view of how your business is doing, sliced by the date range and currency you pick at the top of the dashboard.

The four cards

  • Bookings - the total count of bookings created in the selected date range, across every currency. The card icon is a book.
  • Packages - the total count of packages you've created in the selected date range, across every currency. The card icon is a box.
  • Booking Amount Collected - the total revenue from completed bookings in the selected currency, in the selected date range. The card icon is the currency symbol (£ or €).
  • Upcoming Booking Amount - the expected revenue from upcoming bookings in the selected currency, in the selected date range. The card icon is a clock.

Each card shows the headline number, then a small line underneath with an arrow (up = increase, down = decrease) and the difference vs. the previous period.

How the trend arrows work

The arrow and difference compare the selected window to the equivalent window immediately before it:

  • Last 7 Days compares to the 7 days before that.
  • Last Month compares to the previous calendar month.
  • Last 6 Months compares to the 6 months before that.
  • Last Year compares to the previous year.

Up arrow + green text means you're up on the previous period; down arrow + red means down. Today compares to yesterday.

Currency-agnostic vs currency-scoped

This is the easiest thing to misread, so worth slowing down on:

  • Bookings and Packages are simple counts - changing the currency dropdown at the top has no effect on these numbers.
  • Booking Amount Collected and Upcoming Booking Amount are money values - changing the currency switches them to show only bookings in that currency.

Each card has a tooltip you can hover for a reminder.

Tooltips on each card

  • Bookings - "Total number of bookings in the selected time period, regardless of currency."
  • Packages - "Total number of service packages created in the selected time period."
  • Booking Amount Collected - "Total revenue collected from completed bookings in [currency] for the selected time period."
  • Upcoming Booking Amount - "Expected revenue from upcoming bookings in [currency] for the selected time period."

When numbers are zero

If nothing matched the selected window, the card shows 0 or a dash. The trend arrow disappears (there's nothing to compare). It doesn't mean Wendor is broken - widen your date range and try again.
