Subscription Status Card

Read your subscription card at a glance - trial countdown, plan name and renewal date, expired-plan banner, and the Subscribe / Manage / Renew button.

The subscription status card sits just below the setup checklist. It tells you which plan you're on, how long you have left, and gives you a one-click way to subscribe, manage, or renew - all without leaving the dashboard.

What the card shows

The icon and label at the top change depending on your subscription state:

  • Trial active - a green crown icon, your plan name (e.g. Professional), a trial countdown ("14 days remaining"), and the start + end date of your trial.
  • Active (paid) - a green crown icon, your plan name, the billing cadence (Monthly / Annual), and the next renewal date (e.g. "Renews May 24, 2026").
  • Expired - a red alert-triangle icon, the message "Trial ended on [date]", and a red banner across the section: "Your subscription has expired. Some features are now restricted. Renew your subscription to regain full access."

The action button

The button on the right of the card changes label based on the same state:

  • Subscribe Plan - shown during the trial. Takes you to Subscription to pick a plan.
  • Manage Plan - shown while you're on an active paid plan. Same destination - swap plans, change billing cadence, or download invoices.
  • Renew Subscription - shown when expired. Takes you to the same place to reactivate.

Cancellation warning

If you've scheduled your subscription to cancel at the end of the current period, a yellow banner appears reading "Cancels [date]". The card still shows your active plan until that date - the banner just gives you a heads up.
