About the Dashboard

A tour of the page Wendor shows you after sign-in - the order of every section, the date-range and currency filters at the top, and what each filter changes.

WAWritten by Wendor Admin

The dashboard is your home base in Wendor. Sign in and it's what you land on - one scrollable screen that puts the setup checklist, the headline numbers for your business, the charts behind them, and a quick view of your calendar all in one place.

Where the dashboard lives

Sign in (or click the Wendor logo top-left from anywhere) and you're on the dashboard. There's no separate menu entry - it's the root of the app.

The dashboard is one scrollable screen - setup checklist, subscription card, KPI cards, then pies, charts, and calendar.

How the page is laid out

Top to bottom, you'll see:

  1. Page header - the "Dashboard" title with the date-range and currency filters on the right.
  2. Setup checklist - the onboarding accordion. Disappears once you've completed every step. See Setup Checklist.
  3. Subscription status card - your plan, trial countdown or renewal date, and a button to subscribe / manage / renew. See Subscription Status Card.
  4. KPI cards - four headline numbers: Bookings, Packages, Booking Amount Collected, Upcoming Booking Amount. See KPI Cards.
  5. Pies, charts, and calendar - payment status and deposit pies, an earnings area chart, a packages bar chart, and a monthly calendar. See Charts and Calendar.

Every section below the page header reacts to the two filters at the top.

The date-range filter

The date-range dropdown decides the window every KPI and chart is calculated over:

  • Today - just today.
  • Last 7 Days
  • Last Month
  • Last 6 Months
  • Last Year

Switch it and the KPI cards, the earnings chart, and the packages chart all recalculate. Trend arrows on the KPI cards compare the selected window to the previous equivalent window (Last 7 Days compares to the 7 days before that, and so on).

The currency filter

If you take bookings in more than one currency, the currency dropdown lists every currency you've set as active in your account. Pick one and the amount-based widgets (Booking Amount Collected, Upcoming Booking Amount, earnings chart, deposit pie) switch to that currency only.

Wendor shows a small tooltip next to the currency picker explaining this: "Amounts are shown based on the currency used when creating bookings."

When sections are empty

  • Setup checklist - hidden the moment every step is done.
  • Charts - each chart shows "No … data available" (e.g. "No earnings data available") when the selected window has no matching bookings.
  • Calendar - always shows, even with no events.
