Log in to Wendor - and what to do if you see Pending Approval, Suspended, or "User is not active" when you try.

Sign In
Open wendor.app/signin to sign back in to your Wendor account. Sign-in works the same whether you're a brand-new vendor finishing onboarding or a long-time vendor opening the dashboard.
Step-by-step
- Open the sign-in page.

- Enter your Email Address and Password.
- Click Sign In.
- Wendor checks your account state and takes you to the right page (see below).
Fields
- Email Address (required) - the email you signed up with.
- Password (required) - the password you set at signup or your most recent reset.
Where you'll land
- Active account - straight to the dashboard at
/. - Onboarding Pending - straight to the onboarding wizard. Wendor won't let you into the rest of the app until onboarding is done.
- Pending Account Approval - an "Account Pending Approval" modal explains the wait. Contact Wendor support if it's been more than a couple of days.
- Suspended - an Account Suspended page is shown until support lifts the suspension.
Common errors
- "Invalid email or password" - your email or password doesn't match. Double-check both. Use Forgot or Reset Your Password if you've lost the password.
- "Your account is pending approval, please contact WendorApp support team" - your account is awaiting Wendor's manual approval.
- "User is not active, please contact WendorApp support" - your account is in Deactivated, Deleted, Account Rejected, or Email Not Verified state. If you're in Email Not Verified, finish the email verification.
How Wendor remembers you
- Wendor remembers you only while your browser is open. Closing the browser signs you out - you'll need to sign in again next time.
- Each device or browser is independent. Signing in on your laptop doesn't sign you in on your phone.
- Wendor remembers a little bit of your session for about 5 minutes between page changes so the app loads quickly. That's cleared the moment you sign out.
