Forgot Password
If you can't remember your Wendor password, use the reset flow on wendor.app/forgot-password. Wendor emails you a code, you enter the code on the reset page along with a new password, and you sign back in.
Step-by-step
1. Start the reset
- Open the sign-in page and click Forgot password?.

- Enter your Email Address.
- Click Send Verification Code.

- Wendor takes you to the reset-password page with your email pre-filled.
2. Enter the code and a new password
- Open your inbox and find the Wendor email subject "Wendor App | Reset your password". Copy the 6-digit code.

- Back on the reset-password page, enter:
- The Verification Code.
- A New Password that meets the rules below.
- Confirm Password - must match exactly.

- Click Reset Password.
- A toast confirms "Password reset successfully. Please sign in with your new password to continue." and you're taken back to the sign-in page.
Fields
- Email Address (required) - the email on your Wendor account.
- Verification Code (required) - the 6-digit code from the reset email.
- New Password (required) - must meet all five Wendor password rules:
- At least 8 characters.
- At least one uppercase letter.
- At least one lowercase letter.
- At least one number.
- At least one special character.
- Confirm Password (required) - must match New Password exactly.
Didn't get the code?
Click Resend Code on the reset-password page. A toast confirms "Verification code sent to your email" and a new code replaces the previous one.
Common errors
- "We couldn't process your request. Please verify your email and try again." - Wendor returns a generic message rather than confirming whether your email exists. This is on purpose, so attackers can't use the form to discover accounts. Double-check you typed the email correctly.
- "Invalid verification code. Please try again." - the code is wrong or has expired. Use Resend Code to get a fresh one.
