My Profile > Work Portfolio

The Work Portfolio tab is the gallery couples scroll through on your public profile. Upload photos and videos directly, or paste YouTube / Vimeo links to show off work that lives elsewhere. Reach it from My Profile (via the profile dropdown in the top-right) and switch to the Work Portfolio tab.

How the gallery is laid out

Portfolio Files split into two groups:

  • Images - all your photos.
  • Videos - all your videos, shown with a play icon for preview.

Uploading files

  • Max files: 15 total
  • Max size per file: 50 MB
  • Accepted types: JPEG, JPG, PNG, and MP4 video.
  • Drop files onto the uploader or click to pick them. Each file shows an upload progress bar while it loads.
  • Videos are converted in the background after upload so they play smoothly on every device. A progress indicator shows the conversion state.

Adding YouTube / Vimeo links

If your hero work lives on YouTube or Vimeo, paste links instead of uploading the file:

  1. Click + Add link under the YouTube/Vimeo section.
  2. Paste the full video URL (YouTube, youtu.be, or Vimeo).
  3. Save. The video will embed on your public profile.

Only YouTube and Vimeo URLs are accepted.

Removing files

  1. Click Edit in the top-right.
  2. Click the × on any tile you want to remove.
  3. Click Save.
