Tell couples about your business - company name, logo and cover photo, location, capacity, category, website, signature, and your short and long descriptions.

My Profile > Business

The Business tab is what couples see when they view your public profile - your branding, location, capacity, category, links to your website and Google business, plus the headline and long description that explain what makes you different. Reach it from My Profile (via the profile dropdown in the top-right) and switch to the Business tab.

Fields

  • Company Logo (optional) - square image shown on your profile card. JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB.
  • Company Cover Photo (optional) - wide hero image shown across the top of your public profile. JPG or PNG, up to 2 MB.
  • Signature (optional but required to send contracts) - short text signature used on contracts and other documents. Field hint: "Enter your signature text that will be used in contracts and documents." Wendor nudges you to fill it the first time you try to send a contract.
  • Company Name (required) - the trading name shown to couples.
  • Country (required) - pick your country. The county list adapts.
  • County (required) - pick your county from the list.
  • Weddings you can manage per day (required) - between 1 and 10.
  • What category does your business fall under? (required) - your primary discipline (Photographer, Videographer, Florist, Music, etc.). Drives which starter templates Wendor seeded for you.
  • Company Website (optional) - placeholder www.yourcompanyname.com. Must be a valid URL.
  • Google Business Name (optional) - search and pick your business on Google Maps so reviews and location data sync.
  • Business Profile Headline (required) - max 80 characters, with a live counter. Hint: "Auto-filled based on your selected category, but feel free to customise it". This is the punchy one-liner couples see in cards and search results.
  • Detailed Business Description (optional) - rich text (bold, italics, lists, links). The longer "about" couples read on your full profile.

Editing your details

  1. Click Edit in the top-right of the page.
  2. Change any field. Required fields are marked.
  3. Click Save, or Back to discard.
