Personal Details

Update your name, phone number, and profile picture. Your email is fixed once your account is created.

My Profile > Personal Details

Open the profile dropdown in the top-right of any page (your name + chevron) and click Profile to reach My Profile. The first tab - Personal Details - holds the name, phone number, and profile picture couples and your team see, plus your read-only account email.

Fields

  • Profile Picture (optional) - a photo of you (or your studio's main contact). JPEG or PNG, up to 5 MB.
  • Name (required) - the name shown to couples and used as your main contact name on bookings.
  • Email (read-only) - your account email. It can't be changed here; it was set when your account was created.
  • Phone Number (required) - full international number. Defaults to Ireland (+353) but you can pick another country.

Editing your details

  1. Click Edit in the top-right of the page.
  2. Update any field - your picture, name, or phone number.
  3. Click Save to apply, or Back to discard.

Profile picture rules

  • Max size: 5 MB
  • Formats: JPEG, PNG
  • Drag a new image onto the uploader or click to pick one. A preview shows before you save.
  • If you upload a new picture and save, the old one is removed automatically.
