The pinned Support Team tile at the top of Chats opens a help widget so you can talk to the Wendor team.

Reach the Wendor team

Whenever you need help - a question about a booking, trouble with the app, or just unsure how something works - you can talk to the Wendor support team directly.

  1. Open the Chats tab from the bottom bar.
  2. At the very top of the list, tap the pinned Support Team tile ("Get support from our expert team").
  3. A Chat with us help window opens inside the app where you can type your question and chat with a real person. Tap Close when you're done.

What you can ask about

The support team can help with anything to do with using Wendor, including:

  • Trouble signing in or with your account.
  • Questions about a booking, payment or invoice.
  • Help finding or contacting a vendor.
  • App problems or bugs.
  • General "how do I…" questions.

Response times

Support replies as soon as someone's available. You'll get a notification when there's a response, and the help window keeps a full record of your conversation so you can pick up where you left off.
