The pinned Support Team tile at the top of Chats opens a help widget so you can talk to the Wendor team.

Reach the Wendor team
Whenever you need help - a question about a booking, trouble with the app, or just unsure how something works - you can talk to the Wendor support team directly.
- Open the Chats tab from the bottom bar.
- At the very top of the list, tap the pinned Support Team tile ("Get support from our expert team").
- A Chat with us help window opens inside the app where you can type your question and chat with a real person. Tap Close when you're done.


What you can ask about
The support team can help with anything to do with using Wendor, including:
- Trouble signing in or with your account.
- Questions about a booking, payment or invoice.
- Help finding or contacting a vendor.
- App problems or bugs.
- General "how do I…" questions.
Response times
Support replies as soon as someone's available. You'll get a notification when there's a response, and the help window keeps a full record of your conversation so you can pick up where you left off.
