About the Chats Tab

Every conversation with a vendor in one list - newest first, with unread badges.

The Chats tab gathers every conversation you have with a vendor in one place. The very top of the list is pinned to the Support Team tile, so you can reach the Wendor team whenever you need a hand. Everything below it is your vendor chats, with the most recent activity at the top.

What each chat row shows

  • Profile picture - the vendor's logo or photo.
  • Vendor name - the business name.
  • Category - the type of vendor in capitals, like PHOTOGRAPHER or FLORIST.
  • Last message preview - the most recent message. If it was a file or photo, you'll see File instead.
  • Timestamp - relative time (for example, "2h ago") or a short date (for example, "20 Mar") when the chat is older.
  • Red dot - a small red mark on the row if there's a new message you haven't read yet.

Keeping the list fresh

Pull down on the list to refresh, or scroll to the bottom to load older chats. New messages bump that chat to the top of the list automatically.

The unread badge

If there's a new message anywhere, you'll see a small red dot on the Chats icon in the bottom bar - so you'll never miss one, even if you're on another tab.

Open a chat

Tap any row to open the conversation. From there you can read the history, send a reply, or send photos and files.
