View Your Google Reviews

Google Reviews

Visit this page to see every review synced from your Google Business profile, your overall rating, and a link out to Google Maps for older reviews. The sync is one-way (Google → Wendor) and read-only - you can't reply or edit from here.

Before you start

A few things need to be in place first:

• Your Google Business profile must be linked to your Wendor profile. If it isn't yet, link it from your Business Details - search for your business on Google Maps and pick it from the dropdown.
• Give Wendor a little time to run the first sync after you link.

What you'll see

• Your overall Google rating (e.g. 4.8) and the total number of reviews on Google.
• Each individual review, with:
  • The reviewer's name.
  • A 1-5 star rating.
  • The date (MMM D, YYYY - e.g. May 14, 2026).
  • The review text.
  • A visibility toggle - see Show or Hide a Review on Your Public Profile.

Long reviews

Reviews longer than 500 characters are trimmed by default. Click Show more to expand, Show less to collapse.

Paging through reviews

Reviews load 10 at a time. Use the pager to move through them. The footer reads "Reviews are synced from your Google Business profile", and on the final page you'll find a "To see older reviews, click here" link that opens your business on Google Maps in a new tab - useful if Google has reviews older than what we sync.

Before reviews can show up

Your Google Business needs to be linked to your Wendor profile first.

• If it isn't linked yet, you'll see "Google Business Not Connected" with a Go to Business Settings button that drops you on Profile › Business. Search for your business on Google Maps there and pick it from the dropdown.
• Once linked, reviews sync automatically. While the first sync hasn't happened yet, you'll see "No Google Reviews Yet - your Google Business reviews will appear here once they're synced."
