Reset Your Password

Send yourself a reset code by email, set a new password that meets the rules, and sign back in.

If you've forgotten your password, you can set a new one in two short steps from the sign-in screen.

Step 1: request a code

  1. On the welcome screen, tap Sign In.
  2. Tap Forgot password under the password field.
  3. Enter the email on your account.
  4. Tap Send Code.

Wendor emails a six-digit code to that address.

Step 2: enter the code and a new password

  1. Type the six-digit code from your email.
  2. Enter a new password.
  3. Tap Update Password.

Your new password must be at least 8 characters with one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one digit, and one symbol.

What happens next

Wendor confirms the change and takes you back to the welcome screen. Tap Sign In and use your new password.
