About Your Wendor Account
How your couple account moves from sign-up through email verification and onboarding to active - and what each state means.

Your Wendor account goes through a few stages before you reach the main app. Each stage unlocks the next, and Wendor remembers where you are so you can pick up where you left off.
The four stages
- Signed up, email not verified. You've created an account but haven't entered the six-digit code yet. You can only finish verification - nothing else is available.
- Email verified, onboarding not finished. You can sign in, but Wendor sends you straight into the 10-step onboarding flow so it can learn about you and your wedding.
- Onboarding complete (Active). Your account is fully set up. You land on the Recommendation Engine to start liking vendors, then on your dashboard.
- Active and using Wendor. You can browse vendors, chat, book, save favourites, and manage your profile and settings.
Where each action lives
- Create an account - Welcome screen → Create Account. See Sign Up.
- Verify your email - opens automatically after sign-up. See Verify Your Email.
- Sign in again later - Welcome screen → Sign In. See Sign In.
- Forgot your password - Sign In screen → Forgot password. See Reset Your Password.
- Sign out - Profile tab → settings icon → App Settings → Sign Out. See Sign Out.
- Delete your account - Profile tab → settings icon → App Settings → Delete Account. See Delete Your Account.
