Delete Your Account

Permanently remove your account and what happens to your bookings, photos, and messages.

Deleting your Wendor account is permanent. It removes your profile, your onboarding details, every photo you uploaded, all your favourites, your messages with vendors, and your booking history.

Delete your account

  1. Open the Profile tab from the bottom of the app.
  2. Tap the settings icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the App Settings screen and tap Delete Account (in red).
  4. On the confirmation popup "You are about to request for deleting your Wendor profile - Are you sure? We'd miss you!", tap Delete to confirm or Stay to back out.

The confirmation popup - tap Delete to go through, Stay to cancel.

Wendor removes your account and signs you out. The next time you open the app, you land on the welcome screen as a new visitor.

What gets removed

  • Your profile, names, pronouns and couple photos.
  • Your wedding details - date, venues, guest count, inspiration.
  • All chats with vendors.
  • All bookings and booking history.
  • Your favourites and recommendation history.

Want to take a break instead

If you only need a pause, sign out instead. Your account stays intact and you can sign back in whenever you like.
